Driving Precautions
Because campers have a lot of equipment, in addition to the normal pre-operational inspection, the following items should also be checked
- Is each storage compartment stowed and locked?
- Are cargoes securely locked in place?
- Side awnings stowed.
*The center of gravity of a camper is higher than that of a regular passenger car, so rolling (lateral swaying) and pitching (vertical swaying) while driving are more likely to occur. Also, since they are easily affected by crosswinds, please drive safely, paying special attention when driving at high speeds.
