Notice
- All vehicles are smoking prohibited.
- No shoes are allowed in the rear space of the car.
- Customers are required to provide any necessary equipment other than the standard equipment.
About ETC card rental
If you do not have an ETC card, you can rent one.
A deposit of 30,000 JPY is required to rent the card.
Breakdown：3,000 JPY ETC card rental fee and highway charges if used
After use, the deposit will be refunded minus the highway charges and the ETC card rental fee.
*ETC card: IC card for paying tolls on toll roads with a credit card.
Regarding the cancellation fee
Cancellation of a reservation after it has been confirmed will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
Reservations are confirmed when we send you a “Reservation Completion E-mail”.

Insurance and Compensation Programs
Our insurance policy is a comprehensive automobile insurance.
The insurance fee is included in the basic fee.
- Bodily injury unlimited per person (including the amount covered by automobile liability insurance)
- Property coverage Unlimited per accident
- Passenger insurance 30 million yen per passenger
- Vehicle Warranty Vehicle market value (100,000 yen deductible)
Change of Vehicle due to Damage, Breakdown, etc.
In the event that a reserved vehicle is damaged, broken down, repaired, or rented out due to a natural disaster or other force majeure on the day of the reservation, an alternative vehicle may be provided. If the vehicle class is changed, the difference will be refunded. In the event that a replacement vehicle cannot be provided, a full refund will be made. The Company shall not be held liable for any other damages (cancellation fees or penalties for reservations at campgrounds, hotels, facilities, etc.).
