We would like to inform you that our cancellation policy has been revised as follows.
Effective Date: August 1, 2024
- Cancellation after reservation: 10% of the usage fee
- 30 to 15 days before the rental date: 20% of the usage fee
- 14 to 8 days before the rental date: 30% of the usage fee
- 7 to 2 days before the rental date: 50% of the usage fee
- 1 day before the rental date: 80% of the usage fee
- On the day of rental: 100% of the usage fee
The new cancellation policy will apply to all reservations made on or after the effective date. Customers with existing reservations will be notified separately.
